We will prepare the Tarion
statutory warranty forms that are sent
to both your builder and Tarion.

Warranty inspections
are completed and sent out in the
first 30 days of taking possession
of your home

Year-end warranty
inspections are completed in the
final 30 days of the first year of
taking possession

We will supply you
within 24 hours of the inspection, an
e-mail or CD with the appropriate
completed Tarion warranty form and
detailed digital pictures of all
construction defects

Arrange to revisit
the home to review completion of
warranty items completed by your
builder
Important : Tarion will not
take action on construction defects
reported after the end of the
respective warranty protection
period.

you in warranty disputes; they are
neutral in conflict between your
builder and you, the new home owner.

offers PDI (Pre Delivery
Inspections) that are completed with
the builder before taking possession
of your home, also second year and
seven year warranty MDS (Major
Structural Damage) inspection.
