Martin Sweeney,
Owner, is a Registered
Home Inspector (RHI) with
Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI)
and
has more than 20 years background
experience as an engineering
technologist in the mechanical
construction industry. He is a graduate
from Humber and George Brown College
Home Inspection Programs, completed
various Part 9 Ontario Building Code
training courses as required by the
Ministry of Housing and the Ontario
Building Officials Association (OBOA).
Martin is a Defect
Recognition and Reporting Inspection
Specialist as recognized by OAHI.

on-site with cost estimates for
construction defects and essential
information to make an informed
